Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Beyond Coaching LLC / Beyond Digital Branding Solutions aka Beyond DBS, provider of the “Run Your Entire Business From One CRM Platform — Simplify, Automate, and Grow” service (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Platform, you (“Client,” “User,” or “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully in its entirety.

1. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and all activities under your account.

  • Our Platform is provided for lawful business use only. You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with its functionality, or use it for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

2. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • We offer multiple subscription tiers (RISE, ELEVATE, LEGACY) with monthly or annual billing.

  • Annual subscribers receive two (2) months free as a promotional discount.

  • Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. Late or failed payments may result in pause, suspension or termination of your account.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Non-payment, misuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms.

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription, but no partial refunds for annual subscription are issued for unused time.

  • To cancel: submit a cancellation request for your monthly subscription through your account portal, or send written notice to [email protected] at least 15 days before your next billing date.

  • If you are on the annual plan

    Your annual plan is paid in full for a 12-month term and is non-refundable. Fees cover your access, not usage, so no refunds are issued for choosing not to use the Platform during the term. Your plan renews automatically at the end of the 12-month term unless you cancel the upcoming renewal by written notice before it renews. Cancellation applies to the next term only; it does not refund or prorate the term already paid.

4. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform, including software, branding, and digital assets, is owned or licensed by us.

  • You retain ownership of your content and client data. By using the Platform, you grant us limited rights to process, host, and transmit that data to provide services.

  • Templates and design elements: the underlying templates, layouts, funnel structures, and design elements used to build your landing page or funnel within your sub-account remain the property of Beyond Coaching LLC and are licensed to you for use in your own business while your subscription is active. You may take your own content, contacts, and distribution lists with you if your subscription ends; the templates, page designs, and platform-native builds themselves are not transferable and do not travel with you.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or opportunities.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months of your subscription.

6. Disclaimers

  • This Platform is provided for educational and operational purposes. Results may vary based on your business practices.

  • We make no guarantees of revenue, client growth, or outcomes from use of the Platform.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, MD.
