Helping women pivot, rebuild, and thrive isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.
After nearly two decades in corporate HR leadership, and global HR experience advising C-Suite, I’ve witnessed the quiet struggles of women who gave everything to their careers only to face burnout, layoffs, or transitions they never saw coming. I’ve been in those rooms, advocating for fairness and representation. I’ve listened to the stories behind the statistics. And I’ve seen the power that emerges when women are given the tools, guidance, and belief they need to rise again.
I’ve spent my career helping executives and organizations grow from the inside out shaping people strategy, leading transformation, and creating thriving, inclusive workplaces across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, and Bahrain.
Today, as the Founder & CEO of Beyond Digital Branding Solutions, I’ve taken that same strategic mindset and people-first philosophy into the digital space. I help small business owners and entrepreneurs future-proof their business by building a strong digital foundation that simplifies operations, saves time, and enhances productivity.
